Alchermy

A few months ago I went to Alchemy to have my nails shaped and French polished. As soon as I sat down the beautician answered a mobile call at the table to her plumber. She did not apologise or ask whether I minded her taking the call. After many interruptions by her mobile phone ringing she finally finished my nails and then left me at the table. She didn't come back to check they had dried or even tell me how long this would take. Eventually a 16 yr old at the till took the money from me............ it was the worst customer service I have ever had! <P>
