  I took my mothers old aquamarine and diamond (Art Deco) ring into Bradleys of Harrogate in August to have it resized to my finger. They gave a me a lot of time and attention and suggested that l have the ring retipped as it had been many years since it had been looked at and the claws on the stones had worn very thin. l have just received this very sentimental ring back and it looks beautiful and fits on my finger perfectly. Mrs Bradley was very proffessional from the beginning to the end. l would definitely recommend this jewellers.

  My husband and I visited Harrogate on our holidays, and noticed they sold Pandora. The Pandora range they haveis one of the best I've seen! I shall definatly being going back to get more. The staff were friendly and very helpful

• £2000 watch lost by bradleys

  my wifes watch was sent to bradleys four months ago for alterations promised which werent fulfilled and the watch was supposed to be returned, however despite several phone calls to the owner a very bolchy mrs bradley, and a couple of letters, my wifes watch was never returned, we have the certificate of postage to them, they claim they have sent it back but are unwilling to supply evidence of this, so i have now advised my solicitor to start legal proceedings, after speaking to the police as this woman accused me of recieving the watch!!! i have never spoken to a more customer unfriendly woman in all my life, she obviously married someone who started this business! stay well away
