• Treatment after knee replacement

  I sought the services of FitBack after having a knee replacement. FitBack had come recommended by a friend. I had been struggling with stiffness following the replacement and was struggling to get up and down stairs. Jonathan Daniel the Physiotherapist used some hands on techniques to increase the mobility in my knee and gave me exercises to strengthen the muscles around my knee. I have come on leaps and bounds and have no problems using stairs now. The service was highly professional and I have great comfidence in Jonathan as a Physiotherapist.

  I have suffered from lower back pain for several years. I have tried Chiroprators/Osteopaths and finally found releif with physiotherapy from Johnathan Daniel. The exercises involving the fit ball gave me istant relief and for the first time in years i had a great nights sleep and freedom from that constant dull ache. I would highly recommend him to anyone suffering from back pain. Thanks Johnathan!

• Great Results

  Recently used the services of FitBack after sustaining a muscle tear whilst running, which was taking a while to heal. After my first treatment at FitBack I was amazed at the improvement both in the reduced pain and the increased mobility. The second visit pretty much addressed the whole problem to the point where I could start running again. This was my first time with a Physiotherapist, so I was a little sceptical of the benefits. I will not hesitate in using FitBack again in the future if the needs arise.

• Back Pain

  After suffering with back pain for a number of years I decided to contact fitback. Being a keen squash player this pain was serriously effecting my performance. After getting a thorough assesment, John set me a range of exersises using a gym ball to work on my core stability and flexibility. After doing these for a number of weeks my pain has eased considerably and my back feels much stronger. John educated me on the cause of my back pain and how to prevent future problems. I would highlhy recommend FITBACK.
