Tim Gill is a freelance copywriter who has spent his entire professional life in and around advertising and marketing. Over his career he has worked with several ad agencies in the UK and spent 3 years with international agencies in the Far East. This culminated in his appointment as Creative Director at MDA Mojo in Singapore with responsibility for Qantas Airways Pacific Rim and several other multinational clients. On his return to the UK, Tim opted for the freedom of freelance writing and soon developed a wide portfolio of clients in a diverse range of industry sectors. Over the past 5 years he has tended to specialise in long copy assignments (such as brochures, websites and journalistic projects) that often require research and a deep understanding of the subject matter. Much of his work today is for international and European based clients where projects are undertaken and serviced almost exclusively on a remote basis via telephone and email.
