Did the job whithout my permission.

I contacted Andrew N. of AA Roofing and Aerials via his website. Andrew came to my tenant's house as I needed a quote for a repair, he said £190, I asked him to send me a written quote. He has not done so, 2 weeks latter I left a message on his phone to say I will not have the work done now but I keep his details for latter. Two days after that he phoned me to tell me the job was done and he needed my address to send me the invoice. I was shocked, I had not asked him to to the job, trespassing on my rented property without notice is breaching my tenancy agreement. I need to give my tenants 24 hours notice. Nevertheless, I gave him my address and next days I received a bill of £250 (£60 more than previously quoted by him on site and £100 more that what was quoted by someone else). Will not contact him again.
