After waiting to fly with this company now for about 19 months. And according to other people this is short. I paid £300 for two tickets, which were open for 12 months. So after 12 months of cancellations, and time off work losing money and holidays i was told "We can give you another 6 months for £60, per person". So after 18 moths you will be almost certainly £420 lighter. But now i haven't been able to fly even in the extended period. There was also an issue with the launch site i wanted to use not being used any more. I wasn't told until i called after my next TWO cancellations that they hadn't been using that site anyway and i would be using York. So between that and a frankly almost non existent telephone manner and, it seem, whoever is in charge there i say, AVOID! Go elsewhere, at all costs. Virgin do a great system where if your flight is canceled 5 or more times due to weather you get a full refund, and at only £5 more per person, I'll be doing that.
